Abigail Grace Prushansky, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, CNM, CLC, CLE is a dedicated Women’s Health and Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in holistic care for women and children, with a focus on pregnancy, postpartum support, reproductive health, and maternal-child wellness. She integrates clinical expertise with compassionate, personalized care, creating safe spaces where patients are empowered to actively participate in their health journeys.

As a provider and mother who has personally experienced infant loss, Abigail brings a unique depth of understanding to women navigating pregnancy and reproductive challenges. She is committed to developing programs that support women through all forms of reproductive loss, combining empathy with evidence-based care to address the emotional, social, and psychological needs of her patients.

Abigail is the founder and director of Full Circle Premium Health, a private practice where she provides comprehensive women’s health services, including well-woman exams, hormone therapy, contraception, and hospital-supported deliveries in partnership with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Los Robles Medical Center. She previously served at Balanced Births Inc. and as a clinical and didactic educator at Smith Chason School of Nursing, shaping the next generation of nursing professionals with a focus on pregnancy, labor, delivery, postpartum care, and newborn health.

Her prior experience includes work at the UCLA Rape Treatment Center, providing triage, management, and expert witness services for victims of sexual assault, as well as founding BMILK Lactation Health & Wellness Center, a nonprofit supporting pre-, peri-, and postnatal education and lactation support for underserved women. She has also held multiple critical care and surgical nursing roles across hospitals in the United States, emphasizing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Abigail holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Frontier Nursing University, a Master of Science in Nursing – CNM from Frontier Nursing University, a Master of Science in Nursing – FNP-BC from Simmons University, a BSN from University of Phoenix, and an ADN from Cecil Community College. She maintains certifications in First Assist, IUD & Nexplanon insertion, AWHONN fetal monitoring, Botox & dermal fillers, and AHA BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP.
