Pamila Peters

Pamila Peters is a healthcare and human services professional with extensive experience across pediatric care, behavioral health, and developmental disability services. She currently serves as the Director of Social Services at Trilogy Inc Services LLC, where she leads social services operations, supports program development, and helps ensure clients receive coordinated, compassionate, and effective care. In this leadership role, she brings a strong commitment to advocacy, service delivery, and community impact.

In addition to her administrative leadership role, Pamila works as a Perioperative Technician in Anesthesia at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, a position she has held since 2023. In this capacity, she supports surgical teams in the operating room by assisting with anesthesia-related procedures and ensuring patient safety throughout surgical care. Her work contributes to efficient, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced pediatric hospital environment.

Pamila’s background also includes more than two decades of service as an independent provider for the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities, a role she has held since 2008. She previously worked as a Mental Health Specialist in the hospital’s Behavioral Health Pavilion, supporting youth in crisis stabilization. She is certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), AED, CPR, and first aid for all ages.
