Oladunni Boladale, DNP, MSN, FPA, PMHNP-BC, is a doctoral-prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in nursing, behavioral health, psychiatric care, clinical leadership, and patient education. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. With a strong foundation in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, therapeutic communication, and medication management, Oladunni is committed to improving the mental health and overall well-being of the patients and communities she serves.

Oladunni earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Executive and Leadership and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Governor State University and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Indiana Dabney University. Her advanced education and clinical training have prepared her with expertise in psychiatric evaluations, psychopharmacology, evidence-based practice, and healthcare leadership.

As the founder and provider at Coded Healthcare and Behavioral Services, LLC, Oladunni provides comprehensive psychiatric care through patient evaluations, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing monitoring of patient outcomes. What I enjoy most about my work is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in my clients’ lives. I value being able to support individuals through some of their most vulnerable moments and help guide them toward improved mental health and stability. I prioritize the welfare of my clients by being approachable, communicative, and thorough in my assessments, while providing evidence-based behavioral interventions and supportive therapy tailored to each individual’s needs.
