Zaire Jones, CNA, CMT, BLS
Zaire Jones is a dedicated healthcare professional with 17 years of experience providing compassionate and skilled care to individuals in need. Currently serving as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in home health care, she specializes in supporting clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, dressing, mobility assistance, and personal care. Her work also involves assisting individuals recovering from surgery, supporting rehabilitation efforts, and ensuring clients follow proper recovery protocols. In addition, Zaire provides transportation to and from medical appointments, helping clients maintain continuity in their healthcare journey while offering emotional encouragement and reassurance throughout the process.
Driven by a passion for helping others, Zaire began her healthcare career as a certified caregiver in 2015, inspired by the growing needs of Arizona’s senior population. To expand her knowledge and better serve her clients, she completed CNA training through Global Health Education Network Incorporated in Garland, Texas, earning her Certified Nursing Assistant credential in October 2024. She further advanced her qualifications by becoming a Certified Medication Technician in April 2025 and also holds a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Her areas of specialization include medication administration, post-surgical recovery care, physical therapy assistance, and comprehensive support for daily living activities.
Beyond her technical expertise, Zaire is deeply committed to the emotional and psychological well-being of those she serves. She takes pride in counseling and motivating patients through difficult recovery periods, helping them maintain hope and confidence during challenging times. Known for her professionalism, empathy, and strong work ethic, Zaire continually strives to expand her knowledge and enhance the quality of care she provides. Looking ahead, she hopes to broaden her counseling abilities to support not only seniors but also other members of the community who need guidance, encouragement, and compassionate care.
