What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
I love that medicine allows me to recognize and understand patterns in a person’s health, which helps me deliver truly personalized care while also identifying broader trends in disease and population health. Through clinical informatics and working with electronic health record systems such as Epic, I am able to develop dashboards, reports, and tools that transform complex data into meaningful, actionable insights. Being able to use high-quality data to improve both individual patient outcomes and population health is what continues to drive my passion for integrating clinical practice with informatics.
