Vincent Panetta, OD

Dr. Vincent Robert Panetta leads Elite Eyes with credentials that reflect both deep training and a lifelong commitment to vision care. He earned a B.S. in Biology before pursuing a Doctor of Optometry degree at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. Early in his career he worked as an optical lab technician and optician — experience that shaped his passion for eyecare. Later, he trained under a neuro- and pediatric-ophthalmologist, gaining expertise in diverse ocular conditions, pediatric eye care, precise refractions, and advanced contact lens fittings.

At Elite Eyes, Dr. Panetta offers a full range of services designed to meet modern eyecare needs. These include comprehensive eye exams, contact-lens fittings (from standard soft lenses to specialized scleral lenses), and evaluations for conditions such as keratoconus, high myopia or hyperopia, and dry-eye disorders. His practice emphasizes accuracy and comfort: he uses advanced equipment, like digital phoropters and detailed retina imaging, to tailor prescriptions and monitor eye health.
