Taylor Scott, M.A., LGPC, NBCC
Taylor Scott, M.A., LGPC, NBCC, is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor with experience providing mental health services across outpatient, vocational, and telehealth settings. She is dedicated to supporting adolescents, young adults, and families through evidence-based counseling and supportive therapeutic care.
She currently practices with Wright Mindset Therapy Services, LLC in Bowie, Maryland, where she provides psychological counseling services to a diverse client population in a hybrid clinical setting. Her professional work focuses on helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and life transition challenges.
Taylor also serves in multiple clinical roles, including New Beginnings Vocational Program in Washington, D.C., where she supports high school students through psychological, vocational, and counseling services. In addition, she works with CL Counseling, LLC and Ellie Mental Health, providing telehealth-based counseling for adolescents and young adults.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Jackson State University and her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bowie State University. Her training includes extensive experience in telehealth services and working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across varied clinical environments.
In addition to her clinical work, Taylor is certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid and is recognized for her contributions in mental health advocacy and care. She was featured in America’s Best in Medicine Magazine’s Maryland Edition (Spring 2026), highlighting her commitment to expanding access to mental health services and her dedication to client-centered care.

I enjoy the opportunity to guide people to living a life they can enjoy. When working with children and adolescents, I can help them process the significant developmental stages they may experience, and I collaborate with their parents to create a safe space in and out of session.
