Taylor Crossley, PMHNP-BC

Taylor Crossley is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Flint, with a strong clinical background spanning both inpatient and outpatient mental health care. She currently serves as Chief Executive Director of Crossley Wellness Center, where she leads a multidisciplinary approach to mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults. Her clinical expertise includes psychiatric evaluation, medication management, therapy coordination, and holistic wellness approaches designed to support patients across the lifespan.

Taylor began her nursing career after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan in 2015, later advancing her education with a Master’s degree and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner certification from Walden University. Her early clinical experience included work in medical ICU nursing, hospice care, and behavioral health settings, which helped shape her comprehensive understanding of complex patient needs. Since 2019, she has worked in psychiatric care settings such as Blue Water Counseling and Effective Psych Care, where she provided care across both pediatric and adult populations.

In her current role, Taylor is committed to providing individualized, patient-centered mental health care that emphasizes collaboration, empowerment, and long-term wellness. She is especially passionate about helping patients take an active role in their treatment plans and fostering strong provider-patient relationships built on trust and respect. Through Crossley Wellness Center, she has expanded services to include innovative and holistic treatment options such as genetic testing and equine therapy, reflecting her belief in integrating traditional psychiatric care with supportive, alternative healing modalities to improve overall mental health outcomes.
