Shelly Cordisco, APRN-BC, is an accomplished Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with extensive experience in physical medicine and acute inpatient rehabilitation. With over 25 years in the nursing profession, including more than 17 years as a board-certified APRN, she has demonstrated exceptional skill in managing complex rehabilitation cases, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and guiding patients and families through recovery and transitions of care. Shelly’s expertise spans acute and chronic conditions, neurologic and orthopedic rehabilitation, and evidence-based patient-centered practices.
