Sabrina Conley, PMHNP-BC
Sabrina Conley is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she provides compassionate, patient-centered care through her work with LifeStance Health and Mind Spa Psychiatric Clinic. With more than a decade of experience in psychiatric care and a diverse clinical background, she treats patients ages five and older facing a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and severe psychiatric disorders. Known for her thoughtful approach to care, Sabrina focuses on helping individuals better understand their mental health while creating treatment plans that support long-term stability and well-being.
Sabrina’s journey into healthcare began when she joined the military at age 18, serving as a medic in critical care air transport where she gained firsthand experience in trauma, emergency medicine, and intensive care environments. After completing her service, she continued her medical career by working her way up from an LPN, gaining extensive experience in acute care settings such as labor and delivery, neonatal intensive care, pediatrics, and other high-acuity hospital units. Her passion for psychiatry was sparked during her studies at Oklahoma Wesleyan University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating Cum Laude. She later completed her Master’s degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing at Walden University, further solidifying her commitment to mental health care.
Throughout her career, Sabrina has held leadership roles including Director of Nursing at an inpatient psychiatric facility and has been actively involved in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and healthcare improvement initiatives. She is particularly passionate about supporting veterans coping with PTSD, drawing from her own experience as a veteran. In addition to her clinical work, she volunteers with animal rescue organizations and leads a support group for women diagnosed with breast cancer before the age of 40. Through every aspect of her work, Sabrina remains committed to creating a supportive and understanding environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their mental health journey.
