What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I enjoy most about the work I do is the companionship I can provide to my clients. They are very lonely, especially the ones that have lost loved ones and they don't have anybody. It's just the companionship that they don't have from another family member. They tell you not to get close, but it's hard not to get close when they don't have anybody. I love being able to make them feel like they're loved and cared for, because I know a lot of them don't have family or the family abandoned them. It's very rewarding when my clients say thank you and I can put a smile on their face. A smile lasts a lifetime for them.
