Rebecca Bennett, MBA, BSN, RN is a highly experienced registered nurse and case manager based in Portland, Oregon, bringing nearly 30 years of diverse clinical, leadership, and operational expertise across multiple healthcare settings. Most recently with Vibra Healthcare, she specializes in the management of complex, high-acuity patients, coordinating comprehensive care for individuals with traumatic brain injuries, stroke, ventilator dependence, and advanced wound care needs. She is widely recognized for her strong clinical judgment, collaborative approach, and commitment to improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
Rebecca began her nursing career in high-risk labor and delivery, where she spent a decade caring for critically ill mothers and managing complex obstetric cases, including preterm labor, pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH), and special training for fetal demise deliveries. Building on this foundation, she expanded into wound care and healthcare leadership, serving in roles such as Clinical Program Director and Clinical Nurse Manager within advanced wound care and hyperbaric medicine settings.
Her leadership experience also includes serving as Director of Health Services and Health and Wellness Director, where she oversaw care delivery for adult and geriatric populations in assisted living environments. Across these roles, Rebecca has demonstrated consistent success in team leadership, operational management, and interdisciplinary communication, earning recognition for her ability to drive quality care and organizational effectiveness.
