Nicole J. Randle, Owner on Americas Best In Medicine

Nicole J. Randle is a highly experienced medical aesthetician, health coach, and healthcare entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in the medical field. Beginning her career in 2001 as a medical assistant while raising children as a teenage mother, Nicole steadily advanced her expertise through extensive hands-on training and multiple certifications in phlebotomy, IV therapy, nutrition, dermatology, and medical aesthetics. Her dedication to continuous learning and patient care has allowed her to build a diverse career that bridges clinical medicine, wellness, and aesthetic services. Today, she serves as the primary provider at Nuva Medical Weight Loss, where she reviews laboratory results, manages patient care plans, and helps individuals improve their overall health through preventative and restorative approaches.

Nicole gained extensive surgical and clinical experience working alongside Dr. Gary Birkin at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, where she specialized in pediatric surgery and developed advanced procedural skills. Over the years, she also expanded her expertise into dermatology and Mohs surgery as a Certified Dermatology Technician, later transitioning into medical aesthetics and regenerative therapies. As the owner of Busy Bees Phlebotomy LLC, Nicole provides mobile blood draw services and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) preparation for physicians and surgeons across Southwest Florida, supporting treatments including hair restoration, facial rejuvenation, and dry eye therapy. She also owns Lux Lab Aesthetics, where she offers concierge aesthetic services focused on personalized care and natural-looking results.

In addition to her clinical and entrepreneurial work, Nicole is deeply passionate about wellness education, nutrition, and helping patients better understand their health. Certified in sports, adolescent, and personal nutrition, she enjoys working closely with patients to improve lab markers, reverse elevated cholesterol levels, and develop healthier lifestyles through individualized care plans. Known for her compassionate approach and strong patient relationships, Nicole credits her success to genuinely loving the work she does and taking the time to educate and support each person she treats. She is currently preparing to enter the Physician Assistant program at Florida Gulf Coast University, continuing her commitment to advancing her medical knowledge and expanding the impact she can make in healthcare.

Q

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?

I enjoy reversing people's cholesterol levels. I enjoy picking apart certain things in lab work and showing them that, unfortunately, you're going to have to see a specialist because you're not losing weight because this is what's wrong, and then we fix that, and they come back, and we get them on track. It's really soul food, I guess. I have great reviews on Google, which is great, and I think that's what keeps people coming. I don't know, I enjoy what I do. I really do. People love when you come to them, especially with concierge services. I've been able to help a lot of people. One time at Nuviva, I was walking out and a lady had a spot on her left shoulder, and I said that looks a little funny, you should go get it checked. Stage 2 melanoma. I mean, they're easy to spot if you know what you're looking for. The opportunities in medicine are endless. You just have to define what drives you, what really fuels you. And for me, it's just nutrition and skin. That's it.
