Dr. Mill Etienne is a distinguished neurologist specializing in Epilepsy and Neurophysiology. With extensive training from prestigious institutions, Dr. Etienne completed his medical education at New York Medical College, followed by comprehensive clinical training through internship and residency programs at New York Presbyterian Hospital (Columbia Campus). He further enhanced his expertise through a fellowship at New York Presbyterian Hospital (Cornell Campus) and additional specialized training in Medicine at New York Medical College.
