Michele Lyn Lattimer, FNP-C

Michele Lyn Lattimer is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of clinical experience across outpatient, hospital, and telemedicine settings. Practicing since 2007, she has dedicated her career to delivering compassionate, patient-centered healthcare focused on accessibility, education, and long-term wellness. Her passion for medicine began in childhood through her own experiences as a frequent patient, inspiring her to pursue nursing at an early age and graduate high school at just 16 years old with a clear vision of serving others through healthcare.

In March 2026, Michele founded Your Best Life Medical eClinic, a telemedicine practice providing urgent care, primary care, and weight management services for adults 18 and older. Through her virtual platform, she focuses on creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that are both practical and sustainable. Her mission is to expand healthcare access while empowering patients to take an active role in improving their overall health and quality of life.

Alongside her telemedicine practice, Michele continues to work in hospital medicine across several facilities, including Richmond Community, St. Francis, Harborview, and Southside Regional. She also maintains flexible positions supporting outpatient allergy practices and performing Good Faith Exams, allowing her to care for a diverse patient population. Her broad clinical background includes experience in hospital medicine, critical care, psychiatry, gastroenterology, geriatrics, pediatrics, home health, aesthetics, and telemedicine, giving her a comprehensive and holistic perspective on patient care.

Michele additionally holds certifications as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant and in wound care, further strengthening her multidisciplinary expertise. She is especially passionate about weight loss medicine, inspired by her own personal journey of losing over 100 pounds. This experience has deepened her empathy for patients navigating lifestyle and health transformations and fuels her commitment to providing supportive, realistic, and achievable care plans.

At the core of Michele’s philosophy is a commitment to listening first, educating patients clearly, and helping individuals understand the “why” behind medical recommendations. Through Your Best Life Medical eClinic, she strives to provide transparent, compassionate, and accessible healthcare that supports both immediate medical needs and long-term wellness goals. Looking ahead, Michele plans to expand her practice into a brick-and-mortar clinic with a dedicated team, continuing her mission of delivering comprehensive and patient-focused care to the communities she serves.
