Madison Bell is a dedicated and self-driven registered nurse based in Draper, Utah, with a strong clinical foundation in emergency medicine, labor and delivery, and critical care. She brings over four years of experience as a Registered Nurse, complemented by more than four years of prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in both long-term and acute care settings. She currently works as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery at Lone Peak Hospital in Draper, Utah, where she supports patients through all stages of childbirth, including high-risk and emergency situations. Her responsibilities include monitoring fetal and maternal vital signs, assisting during cesarean sections, administering medications, and providing emotional support and education to families. She also collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe discharges and continuity of care.

Previously, Madison served as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, where she developed strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills in high-pressure environments. She provided emergency interventions such as CPR and advanced life support, managed patient triage, and supported individuals experiencing both medical and mental health crises. She also played an active role in mentoring new staff and nursing students, contributing to a culture of learning and clinical excellence.

Earlier in her career, Madison worked as an ER Charge Nurse and Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery at UnityPoint Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge, Iowa. In these roles, she demonstrated leadership by managing patient flow, coordinating staff assignments, and overseeing admissions, transfers, and discharges. She gained extensive experience in patient stabilization, postpartum care, surgical assistance, and interdisciplinary coordination, further strengthening her clinical and leadership capabilities.

Madison is currently advancing her education through the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, where she maintains a strong academic record. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Allen College of Nursing and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Northern Iowa. She is also highly certified in emergency and critical care disciplines, including ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, and NRP, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional growth and excellence in patient care.
