Irfan Tahir, MD

Dr. Irfan Tahir is a highly respected internal medicine physician and founder of Primary and Senior Care, operating through Irfan Tahir MD PLLC in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dedicated to the practice of internal medicine since 1997, Dr. Tahir brings more than 25 years of experience in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions. After many years working as a hospitalist, he established his own private practice to provide more personalized and compassionate care, particularly for senior patients. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS), formerly known as Dow Medical College, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC). Medicine has long been a part of his family legacy, inspired by his father’s career as a physician and continued through his daughter, who is currently completing her final year of medical school.
