What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
I love to see people move on and their faces smiling. What I enjoy most is understanding where the person is coming from, then moving them from where they are to where they're supposed to be. When I bring you up from the level where you are to the level you're supposed to be, I see the ambition rises. Everybody's smart in their own way - I don't have to put you down. The bottom line is for you to understand what you're supposed to do, and then we move on together.
