Erika Faile, PT, MD
Dr. Erika Faile is a board-certified family medicine physician with nearly 20 years of experience in medicine, including three years of residency training and almost 17 years as an attending physician in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to guiding patients through some of the most vulnerable and critical moments of their lives, delivering care grounded in compassion, clinical excellence, and a holistic understanding of health. She practices an integrative approach that considers both physical and emotional well-being, ensuring patients receive comprehensive, patient-centered care.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Faile has maintained a strong commitment to leadership and institutional service. She has served on the Quality and Patient Safety Committee at a previous organization, contributed four years of service on the Medical Executive Committee, and participated in the Peer Review Committee for another four years. She currently serves on the Physician Well-Being Committee at her present hospital, reflecting her ongoing dedication to supporting both patient safety and clinician wellness.
Dr. Faile has also contributed to medical education as an associate instructor for the Florida State University College of Medicine, where she taught medical students while actively practicing family medicine and caring for both pediatric and adult patients. These academic and leadership experiences have strengthened her passion for mentorship, education, and fostering resilience within healthcare teams.
Drawing from her personal journey of overcoming burnout, anxiety, and insomnia, Dr. Faile is launching Faile-Proof Peace and Sleep, a faith-based 90-day coaching program designed for high-capacity women, including healthcare professionals in demanding roles. The program is focused on helping participants restore restorative sleep, manage anxiety, and build resilience through practical, faith-centered habits that integrate spiritual and emotional wellness.
Through her coaching philosophy, Dr. Faile emphasizes sustainable transformation and whole-person healing, recognizing that many high-achieving women struggle silently with exhaustion and spiritual depletion despite outward success. Her goal is to guide women from survival mode into a place of restored peace, strength, and balance. She continues to integrate her faith into her professional practice at a Christian hospital, working collaboratively with patients, families, and care teams to provide compassionate, holistic care.
