Most recently, Ms. Griggs served as a Floater Pharmacist with Rite Aid from February 2023 to August 2025, supporting operations across 26 locations in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. In this role, she ensured the accuracy of prescription data and medication dispensing for hundreds of patients daily, supervised pharmacy technicians and interns, and collaborated closely with fellow pharmacists to maintain high standards of care and operational efficiency.

Throughout her career, Ms. Griggs has demonstrated strong expertise in prescription verification, medication dispensing, drug utilization review, and regulatory compliance. She is highly skilled in managing controlled medication systems, maintaining inventory accuracy, and working efficiently in fast-paced environments. Ms. Griggs’ leadership and dedication were recognized early in her career when she was promoted to Pharmacy Manager at Rite Aid, where she oversaw pharmacy operations, ensured compliance, and mentored pharmacy students and staff.
