Dean Volk

Dean Volk is a seasoned physical therapist and sciatica relief expert with over 30 years of clinical experience. He is the founder of Sciatica Relief Now, LLC, where he provides virtual care to patients worldwide, helping individuals overcome chronic sciatica and low back pain. His work focuses on restoring mobility, independence, and quality of life for people struggling with long-term pain.

He is known for developing the 180° Sciatica Solution, a unique approach that addresses body imbalances by working opposite the painful side. Through this method, he aims to help patients achieve lasting relief without surgery, injections, or long-term medication use. His approach has been used to guide thousands of patients toward improved function and reduced pain.

Before launching his virtual practice, Dean Volk owned and operated Volk Physical Therapy, managing multiple clinics in the Charlotte area. He also provided home-concierge physical therapy services in Charleston, South Carolina. Throughout his career, he has served in leadership roles such as Clinical Director at HealthSouth and Physicians PT, where he developed expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation and patient-centered care.

Dean earned his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies from Wheaton College. In addition to his clinical work, he is an educator and author who conducts online workshops and shares resources aimed at empowering patients to manage their condition and improve their recovery outcomes.

Today, Dean continues to expand his virtual care practice globally through Sciatica Relief Now, LLC. He remains committed to helping people break free from chronic pain cycles through innovative, accessible, and individualized treatment strategies that prioritize long-term recovery and functional independence.
