Danyel Paulsen, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Founder of the Reset Method, serving the Las Vegas community since 2006. She earned her Master of Social Work from Portland State University in 2003, following her bachelor’s degree completed in 1999. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, she is also recognized as a Burnout and Identity Specialist, dedicated to helping individuals create meaningful, lasting change through identity-based therapy. Her work is grounded in self-awareness, emotional regulation, self-love, and intentional life direction, supporting clients in moving beyond self-doubt toward clarity, confidence, and aligned decision-making.

She is the creator of the Reset Framework and the Reset Method, a 10-week immersive, one-on-one coaching experience designed for high-achieving women experiencing burnout, overthinking, and identity misalignment. The program focuses on regulation, identity alignment, boundaries, mindset and language awareness, individualized strategies, and real-world application with ongoing feedback. Her approach integrates clinical social work principles with mindset development to help clients uncover core beliefs, shift limiting internal narratives, and implement sustainable behavioral change. She emphasizes that lasting transformation begins with internal alignment and a strong sense of identity, allowing individuals to rebuild from a place of clarity and self-trust.

In addition to her clinical and coaching work, Danyel is the host and creator of Reset Vegas After Dark, a podcast and digital content series focused on reinvention, resilience, and identity transformation. She also contributes to the school community at Brilliant Mont Private School in Las Vegas, where she supports students and staff through growth mindset education, including Kelso’s Choices. A cancer survivor, she brings lived experience, resilience, and deep empathy into her work, guided by her core values of kindness and loyalty and a commitment to helping individuals realign with their identity and move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
