Carolyn Maguire, BSN, RN, OCN

Carolyn Maguire, BSN, RN, OCN, is an accomplished Oncology Nurse Navigator at Yale New Haven Health Smilow Cancer Center in Greenwich, Connecticut. With over two decades of experience in oncology nursing, she has dedicated her career to guiding patients and families through the complexities of cancer care. Carolyn is known for her compassionate approach, combining expert clinical knowledge with personalized support to ensure patients receive the best possible care, both medically and holistically.

Before joining Yale New Haven Health, Carolyn spent 15 years at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she specialized in head and neck cancers. Her passion for patient navigation and holistic care helped countless individuals and their families manage the physical, emotional, and logistical challenges of cancer treatment. Carolyn’s dedication extends beyond the hospital setting, incorporating life coaching and mind-body-spirit approaches to empower patients in their healing journeys.

In addition to her clinical work, Carolyn is a certified Fearless Living Life Coach and a skilled Reiki practitioner. She volunteers regularly at programs such as JCC Spa Day for Women with Cancer and Camp Adventure, providing Reiki and massage therapy to support patients and children affected by cancer. Through her business, Health Navigation Solutions, she offers life coaching, Reiki therapy, and mind-body-spirit teachings, continuing her lifelong commitment to holistic wellness and compassionate care.
