Candace Ceran is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over seven years of clinical nursing experience and more than two decades of broader healthcare expertise spanning both clinical care and health administration. She currently serves as a Quality Assurance RN at Henry Meds, where she has spent over two years delivering high-quality telehealth services to patients across the United States. Specializing in GLP-1 medication for weight management and hormone replacement therapy, Candace utilizes her multi-state compact nursing license to provide accessible, personalized, and evidence-based care across 48 states.

In her current role, Candace is focused on bridging the gap between providers and patients by supporting individuals throughout their healthcare journeys. She plays a vital role in patient coaching for weight management strategies, coordinating care with nutrition professionals, and advocating for insurance coverage to ensure patients receive necessary treatment. Her expertise in quality assurance, clinical documentation, compliance, and workflow optimization helps strengthen care delivery systems while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and value-based outcomes.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Practice from Florida Atlantic University and continues to pursue lifelong learning, including recent training in artificial intelligence applications in healthcare. Her diverse background gives her a strong foundation in both clinical practice and healthcare systems management.
