Ashley Mack, LMT, BS in Integrative Health

Ashley Mack is a licensed massage therapist and integrative health professional with nearly eight years of experience in therapeutic and medical massage. She is the owner of Kneading Synergy, a private practice based in Morrow, Georgia, where she provides personalized care in a dedicated clinical setting. Specializing in injury-focused and medical massage, Ashley supports clients in recovery and long-term wellness through a holistic, client-centered approach.

Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Health from Arizona State University, where she developed a strong foundation in whole-person wellness and complementary health practices. She also completed her massage therapy training at Northwest Career College in Las Vegas, gaining hands-on clinical experience in therapeutic bodywork. Her education enables her to integrate evidence-informed techniques with a wide range of holistic modalities.

Throughout her career, Ashley has gained extensive experience in both spa and clinical environments. She currently serves as a Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Kneading Synergy LLC, while also collaborating with chiropractic and integrative care providers in injury rehabilitation settings. In her previous role as Lead Massage Therapist at Alignology and Associates, she coordinated interdisciplinary care, trained staff, and supported practice operations, including EHR implementation and provider onboarding.

Ashley is certified in neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release and incorporates various modalities such as cupping, gua sha, hot stone therapy, trigger point work, and Reiki energy healing.
