Ashley Mack is a licensed massage therapist and integrative health professional with nearly eight years of experience in therapeutic and medical massage. She is the owner of Kneading Synergy, a private practice based in Morrow, Georgia, where she provides personalized care in a dedicated clinical setting. Specializing in injury-focused and medical massage, Ashley supports clients in recovery and long-term wellness through a holistic, client-centered approach.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Health from Arizona State University, where she developed a strong foundation in whole-person wellness and complementary health practices. She also completed her massage therapy training at Northwest Career College in Las Vegas, gaining hands-on clinical experience in therapeutic bodywork. Throughout her career, Ashley has gained extensive experience in both spa and clinical environments. What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
I enjoy most the ability to help people find relief, restore function, and improve their overall quality of life through therapeutic bodywork. Being able to support clients through pain, injury recovery, and stress relief is deeply meaningful to me, especially when I can witness their progress over time.
