Her experience also includes evaluating hospitals for obstetric distinction programs and identifying operational trends that can improve healthcare utilization and outcomes.

Recognized for her problem-solving mindset and compassionate leadership style, Amy is known for bringing both analytical thinking and empathy into every aspect of her work. She is passionate about maternal health, behavioral health integration, health literacy, and improving healthcare access for rural and underserved communities. A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Certified Professional Coder, Amy continuously seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge and develop innovative solutions within healthcare systems. Guided by strong mentors throughout her career, she believes leadership is not defined by title alone but by the ability to support others, improve systems, and advocate for patients, providers, and communities alike.
