Alexi J. Hildreth, PA-C

Alexi J. Hildreth is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology at Prince William Dermatology in Northern Virginia. A Northern Virginia native from Bristow, Alexi is passionate about serving her local community with thoughtful, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology from the University of South Carolina and completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at High Point University.

Alexi brings a meticulous yet compassionate approach to dermatologic care, treating patients of all ages—from infants under one year old to centenarians. Her expertise includes managing acne, eczema, skin cancer screenings, and other dermatologic concerns. Having previously worked as a medical assistant in dermatology, Alexi gained valuable hands-on experience before PA school, which informed her clinical skills and guided her career path. During her dermatology rotation, she trained under Dr. Ha, who became her mentor and offered her a position immediately following her rotation.

Committed to creating a comfortable and trusting environment, Alexi ensures each patient feels heard and confident in their treatment plan. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, playing pickleball, and exploring the outdoors—always appreciating opportunities to stay active and unwind.
