Aisha Starke, BBA, LPN

Aisha Starke, BBA, LPN, is a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional currently serving as a Chronic Care Manager at Lumina Care. With a strong foundation in both business administration and practical nursing, Aisha brings a unique blend of analytical skill, clinical expertise, and heartfelt empathy to her work. At Lumina Care, she manages comprehensive care for clients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, ensuring that each care plan is customized, coordinated, and reflective of the patient’s needs. Her focus on communication, documentation, and family-centered care has contributed to fostering trust and improving patient outcomes across the continuum of care.

Before joining Lumina Care, Aisha gained extensive clinical experience in a variety of healthcare settings, including VCU Health, Maxim Healthcare Staffing, and Privia Health. She has provided direct patient care to individuals with complex medical needs—ranging from ventilator and tracheostomy management to wound care and chronic disease education. Her background in both urgent and long-term care environments demonstrates her adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality nursing standards. Aisha’s ability to coordinate services, educate patients, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams reflects her holistic approach to health management.

Currently pursuing her Associate of Science in Nursing at Galen College of Nursing, Aisha continues to advance her education while working full-time in the field. Her long-term goal is to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), where she hopes to combine her passion for mental health advocacy with her clinical experience to support patients’ emotional and psychological well-being.
