Agatha Addo, FNP-C, APRN

Agatha Addo is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of diverse clinical experience spanning neurology, acute care, telehealth, and home health nursing. She is FNP-C certified and holds APRN credentials, with licensure across multiple U.S. states. She is known for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across the lifespan, with a strong emphasis on clinical accuracy, communication, and continuity of care.

She began her nursing journey driven by a deep personal calling to care for others, inspired by early experiences supporting her grandmother through chronic illness and being surrounded by healthcare influences in her community. This foundation shaped her long-standing commitment to nursing as both a profession and a lifelong vocation centered on service, empathy, and patient advocacy.

Clinically, she has extensive experience in high-acuity neurological and acute care settings, including more than a decade at Emory University Hospital and additional years at Piedmont Hospital. Throughout her career, she has developed strong expertise in patient assessment, critical thinking, care coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration, with a focus on identifying early signs of patient deterioration and improving outcomes in complex cases.

Currently, she practices in pediatric disability home health care with Maxim Home Health Services Inc., while also having experience in telehealth and primary care management. She continues to pursue opportunities in telemedicine and expanded clinical practice, leveraging her broad background to provide evidence-based care, patient education, and improved access to healthcare for diverse patient populations.
