Dr. Afua Amoah Kubiti, DSW, LMSW, CAS

Afua Amoah Kubiti is a licensed master social worker, psychotherapist, and certified autism specialist with more than a decade of experience in behavioral health, disability services, and family support systems. Based in Loganville, Georgia, United States, she is widely recognized for her interdisciplinary approach to social work, combining clinical expertise with advocacy, education, and community-based program development. She holds advanced training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and specializes in supporting neurodiverse individuals and their families.

She is the Founder and CEO of Nurturing Hearts Horizon LLC, a comprehensive practice that evolved from providing respite care and autism support services into a full-spectrum organization offering psychotherapy, family counseling, IEP advocacy, and home healthcare services. In addition to her clinical practice, she serves as a Psychotherapist with Georgia Families in Transition, where she provides individual and family therapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR, and contributes to workforce development as a Subject Matter Expert with Magellan Learning Solutions.

Dr. Kubiti is also a co-founder and executive director of Autism Wonders Inc, where she advances awareness, education, and support for families navigating autism spectrum disorder. Alongside her clinical and advocacy work, she serves as an adjunct faculty member at Kentucky State University, contributing to the training and mentorship of future social work professionals.
