What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I enjoy most about practicing medicine is the opportunity to empower patients through movement. I firmly believe that exercise is medicine, and I find great fulfillment in educating patients about how intentional, evidence-based physical activity can transform their health. Guiding individuals to take an active role in their recovery—and witnessing their strength, confidence, and quality of life improve—reminds me why I chose this profession. Helping patients understand their bodies, build sustainable habits, and regain function is truly the most rewarding part of my practice.
