Yuliet Alvarez Martin, ARNP FNP-C

Yuliet Alvarez Martin is a Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Bellas Faith Health and Wellness, a virtual clinic providing comprehensive family medicine services, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and metabolic/weight-management care through GLP-1 therapies. She is committed to delivering accessible, patient-centered care while empowering patients to take an active role in their health and wellness.

With over six years of nursing experience, including travel nursing across multiple regions and work in major trauma centers, Yuliet brings a strong clinical foundation in acute care and med-surg nursing to her advanced practice. She emphasizes thorough patient assessments, individualized treatment planning, and education to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Yuliet earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master’s degree from South University. She has received multiple Daisy Awards for excellence in nursing, recognizing her dedication, clinical expertise, and compassionate patient care.

Her current focus is on providing high-quality virtual care, with plans to expand to a brick-and-mortar clinic to increase in-person access for her patients.
