Dr. Xiaoxi Ouyang, MD, DABOM is the founder and owner of Serenity Primary Care & Medical Weight Loss Clinic in Nashua, New Hampshire, where she provides personalized, concierge-style primary care with a special focus on weight management and overall wellness. She is passionate about helping patients achieve lasting health improvements through individualized care plans, combining evidence-based medical interventions with compassionate support. Dr. Ouyang earned her Doctor of Medicine from McGill University in Canada (2007) and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Yale University in 2012.

She is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine, giving her the expertise to address complex medical needs while guiding patients on sustainable weight loss and health optimization. Her education and training form the foundation of her commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. Throughout her career, Dr. Ouyang has gained diverse clinical experience, including serving as a staff physician at St-Joseph's Hospital and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Nashua, an internal medicine physician at Monadnock Community Hospital, and different outpatient clinic settings servicing patients across southern NH (Nashua, Hudson, Merrimack, Hollis, Salem, Derry, Windham, Manchester) and northern MA (Tyngsboro, Chelmsford, Lowell, Methuen, Andover, Lawrence) area. These experiences allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of patient care, from outpatient management to emergency interventions, shaping her philosophy of making healthcare accessible and responsive to patient needs.
