Dr. Wissam Haddad, OD, is an optometrist with National Vision Inc., where he provides comprehensive eye care with a focus on improving visual health and patient education. He brings a compassionate, detail-oriented approach to his work, combining advanced clinical knowledge with a genuine dedication to patient well-being.
Dr. Haddad earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University, where he gained extensive hands-on experience through clinical rotations at the Nova Southeastern University Eye Institute, Braverman Eye Center, West Palm Beach VA Healthcare System, and Marciano Family Optometric. These experiences allowed him to refine his expertise in primary eye care, contact lens fittings, pediatric vision, and ocular disease management.
Fluent in both English and Arabic, Dr. Haddad values clear communication and cultural understanding in his patient interactions. He strives to make every patient feel heard and confident about their eye health. Now based in Buffalo, New York, he continues to build a career centered on providing exceptional care, lifelong learning, and helping others see the world more clearly.

What I enjoy most about practicing medicine is taking care of people in my community and helping them maintain their eye health. It’s rewarding to know that I can make a real difference in their daily lives by improving their vision and overall well-being.
