William DeMarco, Pharm.D., is an accomplished Pharmacy Manager with extensive experience in the retail pharmacy industry. Currently serving as a Pharmacy Manager with Albertsons Companies in El Paso, Texas, he brings over a decade of expertise in patient care, pharmacy operations, and clinical management. Throughout his career, William has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes through effective medication management, education, and leadership in high-volume pharmacy settings.

Before joining Albertsons Companies, William spent several years with Walgreens, where he advanced into pharmacy management and honed his skills in regulatory compliance, pharmacy automation, and pharmacy benefit management. His background includes specialized experience in diabetes care, immunization services, and patient counseling—areas where he continues to make a meaningful impact by promoting wellness and preventive healthcare in the community.

William earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, following his undergraduate studies at Gannon University.
