Vinodkumar Gadley

Vinodkumar N. Gadley is a highly experienced licensed pharmacist based in the Las Vegas, Nevada metropolitan area, with more than three decades of professional experience spanning community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, retail chain operations, and mail-order pharmacy services. He currently works with Empire Pharmacy Consultants, where he continues to provide pharmaceutical care and support in both operational and clinical capacities. Originally trained at The Bombay College of Pharmacy in India, Mr. Gadley began his career in pharmaceutical manufacturing with Pfizer, gaining foundational experience in drug production and industry operations. He later served in regulatory and public health roles in Mumbai, India, including as a Drug Inspector and Assistant Commissioner, where he contributed to pharmaceutical oversight and compliance. After relocating to the United States, he completed the necessary licensure process, including extensive internship training in hospital settings, ultimately earning his Nevada pharmacist license and expanding his practice across multiple healthcare systems.

Throughout his career in the U.S., Mr. Gadley has worked as a pharmacy manager, hospital pharmacist, and clinical pharmacist, including roles in chain retail and hospital environments. He is also actively involved in professional collaboration and education, conducting staff training and supporting pharmacy technician development. A member of professional pharmacy associations, he brings a global perspective to medication management, combining regulatory expertise, clinical knowledge, and decades of hands-on experience to support patient care and pharmacy operations.
