Veronica Harper, RN

Veronica Harper is a dedicated Registered Nurse and founder of Vee Harper Legal Nurse Consulting, bringing more than 25 years of hands-on healthcare experience to the legal field. Beginning her career as a CNA and advancing through CNA II and LPN before earning her RN credential, she has built a strong clinical foundation rooted in perseverance, compassion, and real-world expertise. Her professional background spans home health and long-term care, where she has worked extensively with pediatric, young adult, and geriatric patients with special needs, giving her a well-rounded and deeply informed perspective on patient care.

In her role as a legal nurse consultant, Harper leverages her clinical experience to support attorneys by translating complex medical records into clear, actionable insights. She goes beyond standard chart reviews, identifying missing information, inconsistencies, and critical details that can significantly impact legal cases. With firsthand knowledge from both bedside care and administrative functions, she understands what should be present in medical documentation—and what may be overlooked. Her work is driven by a commitment to saving attorneys time while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and thoroughness in every case she reviews.

Alongside her consulting work, Harper remains actively engaged in patient care through her roles with home health organizations and maintains longstanding affiliations with mental health institutions. She is also deeply involved in her community, serving as the director of her church’s first response team and medical department, where she leads emergency response efforts and coordinates health initiatives such as fairs and blood drives. Through her professional practice and volunteerism, Harper continues to demonstrate a strong commitment to service, leadership, and improving outcomes both in healthcare and within the legal system.
