Veronica Gindel
Veronica Gindel is Vice President of Sales, Uro-Oncology at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where she leads national commercial efforts for a recently launched gene therapy in non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. Based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, Veronica is widely recognized for building high-performing, diverse teams and fostering a culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and purpose. She brings deep expertise across oncology, hematology, institutional sales, and buy-and-bill environments, with a clear focus on improving patient access and outcomes.
Over more than two decades in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, Veronica has held progressive leadership roles at Pfizer, Amgen, Eisai, and Ferring. She began her career at Pfizer, spending over a decade advancing from sales representative to district business manager. She later transitioned into oncology leadership at Amgen, where she worked across liquid and solid tumors and ultimately served as Executive Director. Prior to joining Ferring, she was Senior National Sales Director at Eisai, where she led national teams and contributed to commercial strategy and sales force development.
Veronica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and an MBA with a focus in Marketing and Finance from Rutgers University. She is an active supporter of the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network (BCAN) and is passionate about advancing innovation through education, partnership, and strong leadership. Most proud of the teams she has developed and mentored, Veronica believes sustained success comes from empowering people, championing evidence-based solutions, and keeping patients at the center of every decision.
