Veronica Eckstein, CSAC
Veronica Eckstein is a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor based in Wautoma, Wisconsin, with a professional career driven by personal experience, resilience, and a deep commitment to helping others heal and grow. Twenty years ago, at the age of 18, Veronica faced personal challenges after becoming involved with drugs and making choices that led her into multiple treatment environments. Those experiences ultimately shaped her life’s purpose. Through overcoming pain, loss, and hardship, she discovered a passion for helping others navigate similar struggles. She believes she is living her true calling by transforming her past experiences into meaningful service, which continues to fuel her compassion, empathy, and dedication to supporting individuals on their recovery journeys.
Veronica spent the majority of her eight-year career working within the Department of Corrections, where she provided substance abuse counseling and treatment support to individuals on probation, parole, and those with various legal system involvement. Through this work, she gained extensive experience in behavioral health treatment, crisis intervention, and rehabilitation-focused care. Recently, she transitioned from corrections into community-based treatment with Noble Community Clinic, which operates five locations across the region. In her current role, she works with individuals who are self-referred as well as those referred through probation, OWI programs, and Health and Human Services, providing accessible, client-centered substance use treatment and recovery support.
Today, Veronica focuses on helping individuals become the best versions of themselves by addressing substance use challenges while also supporting overall life stability and wellness. She works with clients to develop healthy coping skills, reduce life chaos, and rebuild meaningful relationships with family and friends. Veronica earned her Associate of Science degree in Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Counseling from Moraine Park Technical College and has been a licensed Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor in Wisconsin since 2018. She remains committed to community service, ethical care, and improving long-term recovery outcomes by meeting clients with dignity, understanding, and unwavering support.
