Based in Hawaii, Vanessa is a dedicated Nurse with a strong passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to improving quality outcomes. Over the years, she’s had the privilege of working across diverse healthcare settings, where she’s provided compassionate, evidence-based care and built trusting relationships with patients and families. Her experience spans chronic care management, care coordination, and preventive health education—roles that have strengthened her ability to advocate for patients and support them through every stage of their healthcare journey.
