Tramaine Brown, LPC-R
Tramaine Brown is a seasoned financial professional, leadership strategist, and mental health advocate with over 20 years of management, training, and counseling experience. She proudly served in the United States military for 25 years, where she began her career in counseling as a Navy Drug and Alcohol Counselor. During her military service, she completed Navy Drug and Alcohol Training School, followed by her internship and residency, and earned certification as an ADC1 (Alcohol and Drug Counselor One). Her counseling journey began unexpectedly when her Command Master Chief encouraged her to pursue counselor training, a pivotal moment that shaped her lifelong passion for helping others heal, grow, and achieve personal transformation. She later transitioned to civilian life while continuing her education, earning a Master’s degree in Counseling from Liberty University after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University.
In her clinical practice, Tramaine primarily serves women and couples while maintaining experience working with children, teens, and adults navigating sexual trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. She is a licensed evangelist and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, offering faith-based counseling for clients who wish to incorporate Christian perspectives into their healing process. One of her most meaningful professional experiences involved guiding a young woman through addiction recovery and discipleship, ultimately witnessing her achieve freedom from addiction and other life challenges. These experiences reinforce her belief that individuals can be supported with compassion while still being held accountable to healthy life choices.
Currently, Tramaine serves as a Financial Professional with Experior Financial Group, where she helps individuals and families build financial security, protect assets, and plan for generational wealth. She is also a Master Training Specialist and CPR Instructor who has facilitated more than 400 courses in leadership, safety, and professional development. As a mentor, strategist, and community ambassador, Tramaine is deeply committed to empowering others through financial literacy, career development, mental health advocacy, and faith-based guidance, with a mission centered on service, integrity, and creating lasting generational impact.
