Tori Persons, MSOT, OTR/L, CPST is a dedicated Occupational Therapist at Albany Medical Center and Balanced Living Occupational Therapy, PLLC. Prior to her current roles, Tori worked as a Travel Occupational Therapist across multiple healthcare settings, developing adaptability and strong collaborative skills. These diverse experiences have strengthened her ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues alike, ensuring that every care plan is both effective and compassionate. Tori’s approach combines clinical expertise with empathy, allowing her to guide patients through challenging recovery processes with confidence and reassurance.

Tori holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Science from Keuka College, where she graduated cum laude and was actively involved in leadership and volunteer initiatives. She has earned certifications including the Critical Care Microcredential from NBCOT and is a Certified Pediatric Safety Technician (CPST). Outside of work, Tori enjoys following the New York Yankees, spending time with her chocolate lab, and creating memories with her family at Lake George, reflecting her belief in balance and holistic well-being.

What I enjoy most about practicing medicine is the opportunity to connect with each patient on a personal level. I take pride in helping them feel comfortable, making them smile, and discovering common ground that fosters trust and collaboration in their care.
