Dr. Todd C. Ryan, D.O. is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist at Edison Metuchen Orthopaedic Group in Edison, New Jersey. With more than 25 years of experience, he specializes in diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Dr. Ryan earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine of NYIT. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Peninsula Hospital Center in Queens, New York, which included a rotating osteopathic internship and general surgery training. He further enhanced his expertise through a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute, specializing in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of sports-related injuries.
He is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (AOBOS) and has built a reputation for educating patients on their treatment options, ensuring they are active participants in their recovery. His areas of expertise include orthopaedic surgery, sports medicine, musculoskeletal injuries, and functional restoration.
