Q

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?

What I enjoy most is seeing people get better. You see one thing, and then you develop a treatment plan specific for that person, and then you get to see that it worked. Just seeing people's lives improve - it will never get old to me. I also love developing relationships with so many people and being their point person in primary care. You're their go-to, the first one to see them before they get referred off to specialists. I think it's truly my passion. I genuinely think that it's an honor to be in people's lives, probably in some of the most vulnerable spaces. Because I see it more as an honor, that's what gives me the desire to go in every single day. It's just something so special getting to know so many different types of people.
