He currently serves as Nursing Manager at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Arizona in Flagstaff, where he focuses on team building, collaborative leadership, and high-quality patient care. Earlier in his career, he held roles at several healthcare institutions, including Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine, Florida, Mountain View Hospital in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Kennesaw Stone Hospital in Marietta, Georgia. His background also includes leadership experience as a Cath Lab Director, along with extensive work in cardiovascular and rehabilitation nursing.
