Theophilas Ncube is a Certified Nursing Assistant at ECU Health, where he provides compassionate, patient-centered care in the ICU. He assists patients with daily activities, monitors vital signs, and offers support to both patients and their families in high-stress healthcare environments. He is committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment while ensuring every patient receives attentive and personalized care.
Previously, Theophilas worked with HomeWell Care Services, supporting residents with daily living tasks, providing companionship, and assisting with safe mobility. These experiences strengthened his skills in caregiving, communication, and patient advocacy, enabling him to deliver holistic care that addresses both physical and emotional needs.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Midlands State University, where he developed strong analytical and communication skills that he continues to apply in his nursing career. Outside of work, Theophilas enjoys developing problem-solving skills and finding innovative ways to improve patient care and support his healthcare team.
