Teddius Williams
Teddius D. Williams is an accomplished leader in operations, project management, healthcare management, and community relations. With extensive experience overseeing complex projects and driving organizational performance, he has built a career defined by strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a commitment to community impact. His expertise spans healthcare transformation, business operations, and mentorship initiatives, making him a respected figure in both corporate and community settings.
Mr. Williams earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University (2022–2023) and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Virginia College (2010–2012). His strong academic foundation, combined with practical experience in leadership and project execution, has equipped him to manage high-impact projects across diverse healthcare and business environments.
He currently serves as Business Transformation Manager at Prisma Health, where he develops and executes cross-functional strategies that accelerate organizational performance and long-term success. Previously, he served as Enterprise Project Manager, leading major initiatives including the Northeast Medical Park Development, Baxter Nurse Call Implementation, and the Prisma Health Sleep Lab Relocation. He has consistently delivered results through meticulous planning, resource management, and process improvement.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Williams demonstrates a deep commitment to community engagement and mentorship. He is the founder and CEO of The T. Williams Agency, and the Community Engagement Director for the Big Homie, Lil Homie Mentoring Program, where he organizes events, secures sponsorships, and builds strong community relationships. He also holds leadership roles on boards such as the Columbia Fashion Week Alliance and Fact Forward, and serves as a mentor to young professionals.
