Taylor Potts, PT, DPT
Dr. Taylor Potts, PT, DPT, is the Clinic Manager at CORA Physical Therapy in Concord, where she combines strong leadership with a patient-centered approach to care. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Wingate University after completing her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Her academic and clinical training laid a solid foundation for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services while fostering a supportive and motivating clinic environment. Dr. Potts has a particular passion for working with athletes and has treated patients ranging from middle school competitors to professional-level athletes. During her clinical rotations at two sports-focused clinics, she gained extensive experience addressing performance, injury prevention, and recovery. Known for her upbeat personality, Dr. Potts brings energy into the clinic—often humming or singing along to the music playing—and is well known for her surprising knowledge of classic “golden oldies.” Her approach to care is guided by values of accountability, compassion, and service, which shape every interaction with her patients and team. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Potts enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, traveling, going to the beach, and cheering on Steelers football. This balance of professional dedication and personal wellness allows her to bring enthusiasm, empathy, and consistency to her role as a clinician and clinic leader each day.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I enjoy most about practicing medicine as a physical therapist is helping people regain confidence in their bodies and return to the activities that matter most to them. I love building meaningful relationships with patients, problem-solving through complex injuries or surgeries, and seeing progress—whether it’s reduced pain, improved movement, or a patient reaching a goal they once thought was out of reach. As a clinic manager, I also find fulfillment in mentoring my team, fostering a positive care environment, and ensuring our clinic delivers high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care every day.
