Speech-Language Pathologist
The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh
Pittsburgh, PA 15217

Taylor Niblack, M.A., CCC-SLP, is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, currently practicing at the Children’s Institute in an outpatient setting. She earned her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences in April 2024 and completed her Clinical Fellowship at Penn Highlands Regional Center for Autism in May 2025. Since beginning her career, Taylor has focused on supporting children and adolescents ages 3 to 21 with a wide range of communication disorders, bringing both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to her work.

Taylor is especially passionate about providing child-led, family-centered care that prioritizes meaningful, functional communication for every individual she serves. She has developed strong expertise in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), articulation, language disorders, and working with children on the autism spectrum. In her role, she collaborates closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to create personalized therapy approaches that empower children to communicate effectively in their daily lives. She is also expanding her clinical skills in feeding therapy, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and well-rounded patient care.

Inspired to pursue speech-language pathology during the COVID-19 pandemic while working closely with a child experiencing speech and language delays, Taylor found a career that seamlessly combines her passion for working with children and her desire to make a meaningful impact. She is an active member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and partners with community organizations such as Variety, a nonprofit that helps provide communication devices to children in need. With a strong foundation, a collaborative mindset, and a patient-first philosophy, Taylor is building a career centered on advocacy, accessibility, and helping every child find their voice.
