Tania D. Gonzalez Fuentes, DMD

Dr. Tania D. Gonzalez Fuentes is a dedicated general and cosmetic dentist practicing in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, where she co-owns Innovar Dental alongside her husband, a dental technician. Since 2019, she has served as the sole provider at the practice, delivering comprehensive dental care with a strong focus on aesthetics, restorative dentistry, and patient-centered treatment. Her journey in dentistry began early, as she decided at the age of eight that she wanted to become a dentist after being inspired by her pediatric dentist.

Dr. Gonzalez Fuentes earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine in 2017, followed by an Advanced General Dentistry (AGD) program through NYU Langone in 2018. Although she initially planned to pursue pediatric dentistry, she discovered her passion for cosmetic dentistry during dental school, which ultimately shaped her professional path. Her training and experience have equipped her with a strong foundation in both general and advanced restorative procedures, allowing her to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to her patients.

At Innovar Dental, Dr. Gonzalez Fuentes is known for her commitment to patient satisfaction and her dedication to creating confident, healthy smiles. She finds deep fulfillment in seeing the positive impact of her work on her patients and takes pride in the trust they place in her care. Looking ahead, she plans to expand her practice by adding more operatories and bringing additional dentists into the team to serve a growing patient community. Despite the demands of balancing her professional and personal life as a mother of three, she remains deeply passionate about her work and would choose dentistry again without hesitation.
